Noelle is the Sustainability Specialist in the city of Roseville. She helps the city reduce their environmental impact and become more sustainable in their practices. One of Noelle's key initiatives is the Green to Go program. This city-wide ordinance targets restaurants and businesses, encouraging them to adopt practices that minimize single-use plastics and promote waste reduction.
NineNorth is a nonprofit organization operated by the North Suburban Access Corporation. The nine commission members represent the cities of Arden Hills, Falcon Heights, Lauderdale, Little Canada, Mounds View, New Brighton, North Oaks, Roseville and St. Anthony.
