The City of Mounds View celebrated Juneteenth at the Community Center, inviting residents to interact with city officials and hear from African-American leaders in Minnesota. The city also used the opportunity to announce a new measure to erase racial covenants from housing deeds. Presented by the newly formed Community Engagement Committee.
