Officials from Ramsey County, the City of Arden Hills and Ryan Companies US, Inc. broke ground on the first construction project at Rice Creek Commons, a 427-acre development in Arden Hills. In 2013, Ramsey County purchased a 427-acre parcel of the former Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant (TCAAP) from the U.S. government to clean up, redevelop and return the property to nation-leading, climate-forward and equitable community with homes, businesses and retail.
NineNorth is a nonprofit organization operated by the North Suburban Access Corporation. The nine commission members represent the cities of Arden Hills, Falcon Heights, Lauderdale, Little Canada, Mounds View, New Brighton, North Oaks, Roseville and St. Anthony.
