Zach Beeddow, an overnight patrol officer with the New Brighton Police Department, is also an accomplished triathlete. After successfully competing in numerous local Ironman races, Beeddow is now preparing for his first international event, the Ironman World Championship in Nice, France, this September. We sat down with Zach to discuss his rigorous training regimen and what it takes to balance a demanding career with the pursuit of athletic excellence.
