The nine commission members represent the cities of Arden Hills, Falcon Heights, Lauderdale, Little Canada, Mounds View, New Brighton, North Oaks, Roseville and St. Anthony. NineNorth Channel 19 is a Community Channel with programming produced or sponsored by the nine city residents.
