Kelly Coons; Tara Hughes; Shelley Watson, PhD Using findings from several mixed methods studies, this presentation will highlight the experiences of caregivers and siblings of children with an FASD. Particular attention will be paid to family stressors, as well as family strengths and adaption. Results will be presented from semistructured interviews with caregivers and siblings, as well as from an arts-based method (family totem pole drawing). Family relationships will be explored. Implications for developing and implementing appropriate targeted family supports will be discussed.
