What is CTV Channel 15?

Channel 15 is our community production channel.

Channel 15 contains programs that are produced locally, either using CTV equipment or produced by a resident or organization in our nine city area. (Arden Hills, Falcon Heights, Lauderdale, Little Canada, Mounds view, New Brighton, North Oaks, Roseville, and St. Anthony).
